FREE TRANSPORT REQUESTS

As part of our commitment to making the festival open to all communities in London, we can offer free coaches for those who need it to come to the Interfaith Wellbeing Festival. Coach transport will be for those communities who might face challenges getting to Westbourne Green Open Space and/ or will be able to travel to the festival in greater numbers if coach travel is provided.

If you do have a coach booked for you, it will be your responsibility to act as the main point of contact on the day of the festival for your coach party, to ensure that you know the coach pickup location and you will be responsible for all attendees using the coach arriving and departing at the correct time. You will aim to fill the coach capacity, but not exceed it to the best of your ability.
